Stay rules

In order to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, please read the following guidelines.

Rules to be followed during your stay

• Water – Please use water responsibly (e.g. washing machine and dishwasher only when full). Washing cars, inflatable boats or surfboards within the Residence is not allowed.
• Pets – Authorized pets must not climb onto beds or sofas. The garden must not be used for their needs.
• Bathrooms – Do not dispose of food, cotton, plastic, diapers or other objects in toilets or drains.
• Barbecue – Clean the grill before departure. Otherwise, a €50 penalty will be applied. Do not use in windy conditions.
• Damage – In case of accidental damage, please inform the management immediately.
• Theft – Always lock doors and windows. Do not leave valuables unattended.
• Safe – Use the safe for valuables and leave it open at the end of your stay.
• Electricity – Avoid using multiple appliances at the same time. Always switch off unnecessary lights.
• Gas – Turn off the gas tap at night or when leaving the apartment.
• Keys – Do not leave keys inside the apartment. Door opening service costs €50.
• Satellite TV – Do not modify the preset settings.
• Shutters and windows – Always secure shutters to prevent damage caused by wind.
• Internal regulations – Avoid noise and behavior that may disturb other guests.

Final cleaning

Final cleaning is carried out by the management. Guests are required to:

• Completely empty the refrigerator
• Empty drawers, wardrobes and storage spaces
• Wash dishes, plates, cookware and barbecue
• Dispose of waste according to local regulations
